User Group filter
The User Group filter in GuardREC® Compliance enables you to search for recordings based on specific groups of users within your organization. This is particularly helpful when you want to review interactions involving entire teams or departments. Here's how to use it:
To access the User Group filter, click on the filter icon and then select User Group from the dropdown list.
In the 'User Group' field, start typing the name of the group. As you type, the system will suggest matching user group names based on your input.
Just like the User filter, you can add multiple user groups to the filter. To do this, press enter after each group name you type in, and then start typing the next group's name. The system will continue to suggest matches as you add more groups.
When adding multiple user groups to the filter, the system applies 'OR' logic, not 'AND'. This means the search results will include recordings related to any of the specified groups, not recordings that involve all of them at the same time.
The User Group filter is a powerful tool for auditing interactions involving specific teams or departments within your organization.
