Extra Info filter
The Extra Info filter in GuardREC® Compliance helps you search for recordings based on additional metadata that may not be present in all communications. For example, emails have a 'Subject' field that is considered 'Extra Info' in this context. Here's how to use it:
To access the Extra Info filter, click on the filter icon and then select Extra Info from the dropdown list.
In the 'Extra Info' field, start typing the specific information you're interested in. The system will search for matches in the extra metadata fields of the recordings.
This filter is particularly useful when you need to search for a specific topic that would be included in the email subject line or any other additional metadata provided with certain types of communication.
