Directon filter
The Direction filter in GuardREC® Compliance lets you filter your search results based on the direction of the communication—whether it was outgoing or incoming. Here's how to use it:
To access the Direction filter, click on the filter icon and then select Direction from the dropdown list.
Once you've selected the Direction filter, you'll have two options to choose from: 'Out' and 'In'.
'Out' will filter the results to show only communications that were initiated from within your organization.
'In' will filter the results to show only communications that were received by your organization from an external party.
The Direction filter is a useful tool when you need to audit and understand the nature of communications in your organization, whether they are outgoing or incoming.
