The Client filter in GuardREC® Compliance is designed to help you search for recordings based on specific clients. This can be extremely helpful when auditing interactions with a particular client or multiple clients. Here's how to use it:
To access the Client filter, click on the filter icon and then select Client from the dropdown list.
In the 'Client' field, start typing the name of the client. As you type, the system will suggest matching client names based on your input.
Like the User and User Group filters, you can add multiple clients to the filter. To do this, press enter after each client name or identifier you type in, and then start typing the next client's name or identifier. The system will continue to suggest matches as you add more clients.
When adding multiple clients to the filter, the system applies 'OR' logic, not 'AND'. This means the search results will include recordings related to any of the specified clients, not recordings that involve all of them at the same time.
The Client filter is particularly useful when you need to audit all interactions involving specific clients.
