Date and Time filter
The Date & Time filter is an essential tool when navigating your recordings, allowing you to target specific time periods.
This filter has two main sections: Quick Filters and Custom.
Quick Filters
Quick Filters are pre-set time frames that allow for easy and fast filtering. These include:
Today
Yesterday
Last 30 days
Last 60 days
Last 365 days
All time
Custom filter
In addition to the Quick Filters, you have the flexibility to define a custom period, right down to specific times of the day. Here's how:
Click on the 'Custom' option under the Date & Time filter. This will reveal two fields, 'From' and 'To'.
Click on the 'From' field to choose your desired start date. You can navigate through the days, months, and years to find the exact date you want.
After selecting the date, you'll also see an option to set a specific start time. Click on the time field and use the dropdown to select the hour and minute you want.
Repeat the same process for the 'To' field, this time selecting your desired end date and time.
After setting both dates and times, the system will display all the recordings that fall within the specified period and time range.
This level of specificity is especially useful when you know the approximate time of the recording you're looking for. With the Custom filter, you can narrow down your search to the exact date and time, making your auditing process much more efficient.
