Length filter
The Length filter in GuardREC® Compliance allows you to search for recordings based on their duration. This can be particularly useful when you're looking for longer meetings or brief conversations. Here's how to use it:
To access the Length filter, click on the filter icon and then select Length from the dropdown list.
Once you've selected the Length filter, you'll need to specify a range for the length of the recordings you're interested in. You can do this by entering the minimum and maximum duration in the appropriate fields. The system will then filter the recordings to only show those that fall within your specified range.
The Length filter is a powerful tool when you need to sort communications based on their duration.
