Device filter
The Device filter in GuardREC® Compliance allows you to search for recordings associated with specific registered devices within your organization. This could be a device ID, a registered phone number, or an email address. Here's how to use it:
Click on the filter icon and select Device from the dropdown list.
Enter the specific registered device identifier you're interested in. The system will suggest matching registered devices based on your input.
After selecting or entering a device identifier, the system will filter the recordings to only show those that involve the specified registered device.
Please note that the Device filter differs from the From/To filter in that it only allows you to search for communications involving devices registered in GuardREC® Compliance. In contrast, the From/To filter allows you to search for communications involving any device identifier, including external phone numbers or email addresses.
