Device Type filter
The Device Type filter in GuardREC® Compliance allows you to search for recordings based on the source of the communication, such as Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Refinitiv Eikon, and others. Here's how to use it:
Click on the filter icon and select Device Type from the dropdown list.
Select the specific device type you're interested in. The system will show the available device types based on your organization's registered platforms.
After selecting a device type, the system will filter the recordings to only show those that were made through the specified source.
By using the Device Type filter, you can focus your audit on specific communication platforms, which can be particularly useful when investigating platform-specific issues or usage patterns.
