Flags filter
The Flags filter in GuardREC® Compliance allows you to search for recordings based on specific flags or markers applied to the communication.
Currently, the system features an 'IsPrivate' flag. This flag is used when a recorded user has marked a recording as private. Here's how to use it:
To access the Flags filter, click on the filter icon and then select Flags from the dropdown list.
Once you've selected the Flags filter, you will see the 'IsPrivate' option. Selecting this option will filter your search results only to show communications that have been marked as private by the recorded users.
This filter is particularly useful when you want to filter out private communications for the deletion or to conduct random checks to ensure that marked communications are indeed private.
