User filter
The User filter in GuardREC® Compliance is designed to help you search for recordings involving specific users within your organization. Here's how you use it:
In the 'User' field, start typing the name of the user. The system will suggest matching users as you type.
You can add multiple users to the filter. To do this, start typing the next user's name. The system will continue to suggest matches as you add more users.
Remember, when adding multiple users to the filter, the system uses 'OR' logic, not 'AND'. This means the search results will include recordings related to any of the specified users, not recordings that involve all of them simultaneously.
This filter is particularly useful for auditing interactions involving specific individuals within your organization.
