Risks filter
The Risks filter in GuardREC® Compliance enables you to filter your search based on identified risks associated with the recordings. Current risks that you can filter by are 'Blacklisted Risk' and 'Manual Risk'. Here's how to use it:
To access the Risks filter, click on the filter icon and select Risks from the dropdown list.
Once you've selected the Risks filter, you'll see the different options: 'Blacklisted Risk' and 'Manual Risk'.
'Blacklisted Risk' allows you to filter results to only include recordings that have been flagged due to interactions with blacklisted clients.
'Manual Risk' allows you to filter results to only include recordings that have been manually marked with a risk by users.
Select the type of risk you're interested in, and the system will filter the recordings to only show those that match your selection.
The Risks filter is an invaluable tool when you're specifically looking for communications with associated risks.
