Record Type filter
The Record Type filter in GuardREC® Compliance lets you filter your search based on the type of recording. This allows you to target your search to specific types of communications such as audio, email, or messages (chats/sms/mms). Here's how to use it:
To access the Record Type filter, click on the filter icon and select Record Type from the dropdown list.
Once you've selected the Record Type filter, you'll see the different options: 'Audio', 'Email', and 'Messages'. Select the type of recording you're interested in, and the system will filter the recordings to only show those that match your selection.
The Record Type filter is an essential tool when you're interested in examining specific types of communications.
