Adding Tags to a Segment
Tagging specific segments in your audio recordings can be incredibly useful for several reasons. It allows you to mark and easily retrieve particular moments or sections of a conversation, highlight important points, identify speakers or topics, and much more.
You need the Tag Record permission to create and add tags. If you do not have this permission, please contact your system administrator.
Open an audio recording that you want to tag.
Right-click on the audio track at the desired point in time.
Click Add Tag and select the appropriate tag.
The added tag will be visible on the audio track. Hovering over it will display the tag's name. You can add multiple tags to various points on the audio track for detailed categorization.
