Add new clients

This article explains how to add Clients and their contact details to GuardREC® Compliance.

Add a new client

You’ll need the Manage Clients permission to add clients.

  1. Navigate to Administration → Clients

  2. Right-click on All clients and choose Add client

  3. Enter the client’s full name and click Add.

Associate a phone number

Phone numbers must be prefixed with an international calling code (e.g., +47 for Norway). If not, the system-defined default will be prepended

  1. Select Mobile or Landline in the Device dropdown menu.

  2. Enter the client’s phone number (include country prefix) in the field next to it.

  3. Repeat the steps above if the client has multiple phone numbers.

  4. Click Save.

Associate an email address

  1. Select Email in the Device dropdown menu.

  2. Enter the client’s email address in the field next to it.

  3. Repeat the steps above if the client has multiple email addresses.

  4. Click Save.
