Clearing filters

Filters in GuardREC® Compliance help you find specific recordings. If you want to change or remove these filters, this guide is for you.

Removing Specific Filter Criteria

  1. Find the filter criteria: Each filter criteria you've added has an 'x' next to it.

  2. Remove the criteria: Click on the 'x' next to the criteria you want to remove.

Removing a Filter from the Filter Menu

  1. Find the filter: Each filter you've used will have an 'x' next to its name in the filter menu.

  2. Remove the filter: Click on the 'x' next to the filter name.

Clearing All Filter Criteria

  1. Click 'Clear Filter': This button is at the top of the filters section. It removes all criteria from all filters.

Resetting All Filters to Default

  1. Click 'Clear to Default': This button is at the top of the filters section. It removes all filters, except for the default ones—Date and Time, From/To, and User.
